THE FILM
I'll Be Home For Christmas
01
What is more important than getting your child a present for the holidays? Coming back to that child at all. Jared is faced with just this conundrum in I’ll Be Home For Christmas.

Jared is a humble family man, happily returning to his family from a business trip to another state. It’s is Christmas Eve, and it looks like they are in for a beautiful white Christmas. Jared is just thinking about getting his presents and himself home for the Christmas Holiday when, due to slippery roads, he finds himself in the middle of a large car accident. In a flash he finds himself in a location that is entirely new to him. He wants to stay, but quickly realizes that he can’t. His family needs him, and he will do anything to make sure his family has a father to celebrate Christmas with. In this heart wrenching tale of love, loss, and Christmas Spirit, Jared learns that to be truly happy, you have to look within. In this bittersweet twist on the classic Christmas story, this movie has a ghost, death, life, loss, and most importantly, hope. The short film’s goal is to both excite and sadden, to uplift and to incite reflection.

THE BUDGET
03

The Budget for this movie is large, but not without reason. This movie needs to have a larger budget because of two main components: There is a car crash sequence and there is also a scene that will require special effects.
